Module 1 (With Time Office Complete Work)

Scope of Work (Time Office):

  • Attendance Maintenance (Form-12)
  • OT Hours Calculation

  • Maintenance of all registers such as accident, fine, damages, festival, etc.
  • Inspection and maintenance of Contractor Register and Salary Records

Scope of Work (Overall):

  • Compliance with all relevant labour statutes (PF, ESIC, etc.)
  • Liaising with Labour Authorities for renewals, filing returns, and maintaining records
  • Drafting and filing of applications, forms, and documents
  • Verification of statutory compliance for contractors and outsourced agencies

Note:

  1. Additional charges apply for conveyance (T.A./D.A./lodging) on actual basis.
  2. Travel expenses will be charged for 1st AC class, taxi (Rs. 18/km), or air freight (if needed).
  3. Government fees as per the applicable norms will be borne by the client.
